The Cape Fear Alumni Chapter supports undergraduate chapters East Carolina University, Coastal Carolina University, and The University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
On September 18th 2004, the Cape Fear Alumni chapter began conducting business. The first elected officers are as follows.

We are currently in our third year of operation, and have started a semesterly scholarship fund, that will provide financial support for students among our chapters who recieve excellent grade point averages.
